DAY 01
KUALA LUMPUR ✈ FUKUOKA
- Meet at Kuala Lumpur International Airport and travel to Fukuoka in Kyushu on the flight we arrange for the selected departure.
DAY 02
FUKUOKA → YUFUIN → BEPPU
- View Fukuoka Tower from the exterior for a look across the bay and city skyline.
- Walk through Ohori Park and enjoy its lakeside setting in central Fukuoka.
- Visit Canal City Hakata for its distinctive architecture and lively city atmosphere.
- Continue to Yufuin, a peaceful onsen town at the foot of Mount Yufu.
- Stroll beside Lake Kinrin, known for warm spring water and mist rising from the surface.
DAY 03
BEPPU → ASO → KUMAMOTO
- Visit Umi Jigoku and see its cobalt-blue hot spring, heated to around 98°C, amid geothermal steam.
- Explore Kamado Jigoku and enjoy the included hot-spring foot-bath experience.
- Continue to Kusasenri for wide grassland views across the Mount Aso volcanic area.
- Visit Mount Aso Nakadake Crater when weather permits; the Aso Volcano Museum replaces it when access is not possible.
- Pass Komezuka and observe its distinctive cone-shaped volcanic terrain.
DAY 04
KUMAMOTO → SHIMABARA → NAGASAKI
- Visit Suizenji Jojuen, a traditional garden built around a natural spring pond.
- View Kumamoto Castle from the exterior and learn about its place in Kyushu's castle history.
- Stop at Kumamon Square and Kumamon's official office.
- Take the ferry to Shimabara, then visit the Old Samurai Residence and the clear waterways of Koi-no-Oyogu-Machi Street.
- Walk through Unzen Jigoku to see sulphur rock, vents and geothermal steam.
- Enjoy a foot bath at Obama Onsen, known for one of Japan's longest foot baths.
- Continue to Nagasaki and visit Shinchi Chinatown.
DAY 05
NAGASAKI → SAGA → FUKUOKA
- Visit Megane Bridge and see how its twin arches and reflection form the outline of spectacles.
- Visit Yutoku Inari Shrine and admire its vermilion buildings set against the hillside.
- Explore Arita Porcelain Town and Kyushu's celebrated ceramic tradition.
- Visit the Saga Castle History Museum, a large wooden reconstruction of the late-Edo Honmaru palace.
- Continue to Dazaifu Tenmangu and walk along its historic approach street.
DAY 06
FUKUOKA ✈ KUALA LUMPUR
- We will arrange the transfer to Fukuoka Airport, followed by the return flight to Kuala Lumpur.
